Edmonton Hypnotherapy CEO Mindset Daily Newsletter-34
subconscious mind review

In many of the past emails, I have spoken about the importance of curiosity. Most recently I mentioned curiosity again in email 33.

How we view and navigate the world is usually driven by the ideas we have adopted from others.

The decisions we make and the actions we take are so automated that we rarely question what we believe to be “true” about ourselves and the world.

When we take the time to really scrutinize the outcomes of others, we rarely see happy, fulfilled, purpose driven meaningful lives. Most people are not living up to their potential.

The very ideas and standards we have so willingly adopted via external programming do not necessarily position us to live satisfied lives.

Becoming the CEO of our lives means gently nudging the subconscious mind (aka internal robot) towards the acceptance of new ways of being (cow paths). This requires that we become curious about what else is possible.

Developing more internal influence means asking ourselves different questions and wondering about new possibilities.

In private sessions and in the workbook, we talk about becoming social scientists. Rather then allowing ourselves to remain at the mercy of past programming, we instead challenge ourselves to deliberately and consciously look for new positive sources of influence.

If you have not yet downloaded the workbook and would like a complimentary copy please email me a request.

In the meantime, I encourage you to begin to pay attention, to inspect, and to notice how you are allowing curiosity to play out for you:

1.       Are you looking for evidence of what is working?

2.       Are you looking for evidence of what is not working?

3.       Who do you know who is just a few steps ahead of you in terms of being the CEO of their lives?
