Edmonton Hypnotherapy CEO Mindset Daily Newsletter-53
subconscious mind review

In the last email (see email 52) I ask newsletter subscribers to answer 3 simple “yes or no” questions.

Why do I do this?

If we are to be the CEO of our lives we must periodically pause to assess the decisions we make and the actions we take.
Remember the s.m.a.r.t. acronym?

I often use simple surveys, and other more sophisticated instruments, to satisfy the M or measurement piece of the acronym. Measuring allows us to assess or evaluate how our time and energy is being used.

What if f I consistently received feedback that subscribers were:

-not finding the educational series to be interesting
-not finding the content in the educational series to be of value
-not beginning to incorporate the ideas, comments, or suggestions in the educational series
If this were the case, it would make sense for me to make some new decisions around the educational series. Completing the same activity, day in and day out, without stopping to evaluate, assess, or measure would not be indicative of a CEO mindset.
This brings us back to the concept of changes beginning at a conscious level. Until we become aware, ask new questions, and be open to possibilities, we will continue to maintain ways of being that are not  necessarily in our best interest.
I encourage you to look at an activity that you complete regularly, and begin to question whether you are making assumptions about the value of that activity. Many of the daily activities we expend time and energy on are not consistent with potential and do little to close the GAP.
