It takes a certain amount of "oomph" to reach out to a helping professional. When most people call they are feeling quite frustrated with life and with themselves. Taking a little bit of time to prepare for a call can be helpful:

  • call at a time when you are not rushed and have privacy
  • spend a little bit of time on the site first, this will help you get clarity on questions you may want to ask
