The Terms of Use, The Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy comprise the Agreement. Please do not use the website if you do not agree to the terms and policies.
We provide visitors and subscribed users access to the services below.
Visitors-are people who do not contact for services but wish to simply browse the website. Visitors can view any information that is available to the public without a username or password. This includes emailing us and signing up for educational information.
Subscribed users-are people who have contracted for paid services. They can browse the website, email us, sign up for educational information and access private content.
Terri Lee Cooper is under no obligation to accept subscribed users and reserves the right to deactivate an account if the terms of this agreement are violated.
Restrictions
Services are not intended for those who have a diagnosed mental illness. All information provided in or throughout the site is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to provide individual counselling or advice and should not be relied upon for such purposes. You should assess whether you require additional information and, where appropriate, seek independent professional advice
The website is only available for individuals aged 18 years or older. See privacy policy. Sign-in Name & Password
During the registration process subscribed users have an account created. You are responsible for the confidentiality of this information and may not share sign in data. Only one registered user is permitted. Sharing your credentials to access proprietary content is a breach of this Agreement.
Fees and Payment
When you purchase a program or service our third-party payment processor, PayPal will authorize your credit card for the payment of fees and any applicable taxes. Payment plans are available and toolbox components are upgraded as payments are completed. We do not control PayPal’s tracking technologies. If you have any questions please contact PayPal directly.
Refunds
Refunds are not available on digital custom programs. An extraordinary amount of time and effort are put into these programs. Please be certain to contact the office with any questions you have prior to purchasing a product.
Intellectual Property
The website content is protected under law. Unauthorized use of content violates copyright, trademark and other laws, and is taken seriously.
Visitors-may make use of public website information for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited.
Subscribed users-may download and make personal use of any content that has been designed exclusively for them. However, no right is given to reproduce, mass broadcast or use for commercial use. You may not post any content that has been provided by Terri Lee Cooper on social media platforms or any other website. It is prohibited to transfer, lease, sell or modify the content. None of the content provided to subscribed users can be re-transmitted without our written consent. If you violate any part of this Agreement, your permission to access and/or use the content will be automatically terminated.
Warranties
The website and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Terri Lee Cooper does not warrant that this website will be constantly available, or available at all. No warranty is given that website errors will not occur, that servers or content is free of viruses. This is beyond our control.
Compliance with Applicable Laws & Termination of the Agreement
The website is based in Canada. We make no claims concerning whether it is appropriate for use outside of Canada. This Agreement and any action related will be governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. We reserve the right to change or discontinue all or any part of the website at any time without prior notice or liability, however, if possible, reasonable action will be taken to ensure that subscribers users are informed in advance.
