Terri Lee Cooper (“we”, “us”, “our”) welcomes you to www.terrileecooper.com.
We provide access to this website subject to these Terms of Use, which may be updated without notice. By browsing this website, using public or private areas, signing up for educational information, purchasing a digital product, or accessing paid content, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Use and are legally bound by them.
These Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy comprise the Agreement. Please do not use this website if you do not agree to these terms and policies.
We provide visitors, newsletter subscribers, and purchasers or registered users access to the services below.
Visitors are people who browse the public website without purchasing paid content. Visitors may view information available to the public without a username or password. This includes emailing us and signing up for educational information.
Newsletter subscribers are people who sign up to receive educational information, updates, or related email communications. Newsletter subscription does not create a client relationship, therapeutic relationship, individualized service agreement, or right of access to paid content.
Purchasers or registered users are people who purchase or access paid digital products, programs, or private content. They may browse the website, email us, sign up for educational information, and access the paid or private content made available to them through the applicable platform or product area.
Terri Lee Cooper is under no obligation to accept purchasers or registered users and reserves the right to deactivate access if the terms of this Agreement are violated.
Scope of Services and Use of Information
The materials, content, recordings, workbooks, resources, and digital products provided through this website or through linked third-party platforms are offered for general educational, reflective, and self-directed purposes only. They are not intended to constitute individualized assessment, diagnosis, psychotherapy, treatment, crisis intervention, mental health care, or regulated clinical services.
The Walking the Path Reflection Series and related Cow Path Model of Change™ materials are self-directed educational and reflective resources. Purchasers are responsible for deciding whether the material is suitable for them and for using the material independently and appropriately.
Any individualized services, including structured assessment, planning, or the use of assessment or psychometric tools, if offered, are provided only under a separate written agreement and informed consent process that clearly defines scope, purpose, and limitations.
The information on this site and in related paid digital products is not a substitute for regulated clinical services, legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, or any other individualized professional service. Users are responsible for determining whether additional professional, medical, legal, financial, or other support is appropriate for their situation.
The website is only available for individuals aged 18 years or older. See the Privacy Policy. If you are 18 or older, but under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should review this Agreement with your parent(s) or guardian(s). If you are under the age of majority, you may not register, make payments, purchase products, or use any interactive or paid feature on the website.
If you believe we have information about a child under the age of majority, please contact us.
Recordings are not to be listened to while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything that requires your full attention.
Sign-In Name, Password, and Access
During the registration or purchase process, users may have an account created through this website or through a third-party platform such as Podia. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your sign-in information and may not share sign-in data.
Only one registered user is permitted per account or purchase unless otherwise stated in writing. Sharing your credentials to access proprietary or paid content is a breach of this Agreement.
Fees, Payment, and Third-Party Platforms
Some digital products, programs, or private content may be offered for a fee.
Paid digital products may be sold, hosted, delivered, or accessed through third-party platforms, including Podia. When you purchase a product through a third-party platform, the payment process, checkout process, account access, platform terms, and platform privacy practices may be governed by that third-party platform in addition to these Terms of Use.
Payment processing may be handled by Podia and/or its third-party payment processor. We do not directly control the payment processor’s systems, tracking technologies, transaction handling, account tools, or privacy practices. Please review the applicable platform terms, payment terms, and privacy policies before completing a purchase.
By purchasing a paid digital product, you agree to pay the listed price and any applicable taxes or fees shown at checkout. Access to paid content may depend on successful payment processing and the access rules of the platform through which the product is delivered.
Refunds
Because paid digital products may provide access to proprietary recordings, workbooks, written materials, and/or private digital content, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.
Please review the product description, structure, price, access method, and platform terms before purchasing. If you have questions about a product before purchasing, contact us before completing your purchase.
Intellectual Property
The website content, digital products, recordings, workbooks, written materials, frameworks, and Cow Path Model of Change™ materials are protected under law. Unauthorized use of content violates copyright, trademark, and other laws, and is taken seriously.
Visitors may make use of public website information for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited.
Newsletter subscribers may read and use newsletter content for personal educational purposes only. Newsletter content may not be copied, republished, sold, distributed, adapted, used commercially, or presented as your own work without written permission.
Purchasers or registered users may download or access paid content for their own personal, self-directed educational use only, unless otherwise stated in writing. No right is given to reproduce, mass broadcast, publish, distribute, transfer, lease, sell, modify, teach from, train from, or commercially exploit the content.
You may not post paid content, proprietary materials, recordings, workbook content, private digital product materials, or other content provided by Terri Lee Cooper on social media platforms, websites, file-sharing platforms, artificial intelligence tools, or any other public or private distribution system.
None of the content provided to purchasers or registered users may be re-transmitted, shared, copied, adapted, sold, licensed, leased, or distributed without our written consent.
If you violate any part of this Agreement, your permission to access and/or use the content may be automatically terminated.

This website may link to external websites, services, platforms, payment processors, course platforms, or other third-party resources. These third-party sites and platforms are not controlled by Terri Lee Cooper.
When you leave terrileecooper.com or use a third-party platform such as Podia, your use of that platform may be governed by that platform’s own terms, privacy policy, payment terms, cookies, tracking technologies, account systems, and support processes.
We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, payment processing, security, availability, errors, policies, or functions of third-party websites or platforms.
